Useful Information
Ordering:
No minimum order is required. We advise you order 4 / 6 months prior to your wedding. Shorter times are available and wherever possible we will do our utmost to accommodate your timescale. It is possible to add to your initial order; however, we do recommend that you order all your stationery at the same time, as this will ensure design continuity. A proof of all wording (Invitations, Order of Service, Menus etc) will be sent to you for approval before final printing.
Payment:
A 50% non refundable deposit is required upon ordering, with the balance payable before the last part of your order (e.g. Order of Service, Menu, Place Cards etc) is dispatched, approximately 4weeks prior to your wedding day.
Delivery:
A signature will be required with all deliveries. Orders may be sent to an address of your choice. Week day deliveries only. (Weekends may be possible by prior arrangement.) BCL Wedding Services accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of any items once they have been dispatched.
Delivery Charge:
This depends on the size of your order.
Cancellation:
All orders are personalised to your individual requirements. Orders cancelled 6 weeks prior to delivery date will not incur any further payment; however, orders cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to delivery date will be subject to full payment. Refunds and exchanges will only be made if the stationery is found to be faulty, or does not meet your order specification. stationery is handmade and therefore may differ slightly from card to card, this is not deemed as faulty.
General:
Images published on our website and in our brochure are for illustrative purposes only. Reproduction of colours are as accurate as possible, but may differ slightly from the genuine article. Handcrafted Cards by Susan King accepts no responsibility for the effect the ageing process may have on products. It is a copyright infringement to copy in full or part any designs shown on our web site or brochure.
